You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify your workspace owner immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
The person who creates a workspace is the Owner. The Owner is responsible for managing members, permissions and the overall use of TeamDesk within their workspace. Owners and Admins can invite, remove and manage team members.
We take the privacy of your data seriously. All data you enter into TeamDesk is stored securely and used only to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
We strive to keep TeamDesk available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
TeamDesk and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Y77. You retain ownership of any content you create within your workspace.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to TeamDesk at our discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these terms.
TeamDesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Y77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of TeamDesk after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
